Insulating living spaces can also help save energy by reducing the need for heating or cooling. Choose sustainable mobility: Try to leave the car at home more often and cycle, walk or use public transport instead. If possible, you can also carpool or switch to an electric vehicle. Consume less meat: The production of meat, especially beef, uses many resources and contributes significantly to greenhouse gas emissions. By reducing meat consumption and choosing plant-based alternatives, you can reduce your carbon footprint. Reduce and recycle waste: Avoid single-use products and unnecessary packaging. Try to buy products that are reusable or recyclable and separate your waste to encourage recycling. These measures are not only good for the climate, but can also help save money and promote a healthier lifestyle
