“Combining good with beautiful” is the motto of the new charity jewelry collection “Take Care,” which was launched by the Planet Bambi Foundation together with Marjana von Berlepsch.
“Take Care” is a meaningful collaboration, as 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the jewelry collection go to the work of the Planet Bambi Foundation. This involves holistic educational initiatives, training programs and community projects on the topic of people, nature and technology.
In keeping with the foundation's philosophy, the collection with the branding "Marjana von Berlepsch & Planet Bambi Foundation" is characterized by an elegant, natural style with uncomplicated and feminine pieces of jewelry that can easily be worn on top of one another and combined with one another. The soft shapes and sophisticated design make them suitable for every everyday look.
The two bracelets and three necklaces were inspired by the key visual elements of the Planet Bambi Foundation. Bambi symbolizes the sensitivity of nature. The planet represents our shared habitat.
The "Look up and find a rainbow!" bracelet in the colors of the foundation's logo is a tribute to the beauty of the rainbow... magical, lucky and fleeting like the cycle of nature. There are also bracelets with Bambi charm pendants, coin tokens, necklaces and a very special lucky charm with the unmistakable Foundation Signature Bambi.
"We have always been inspired to merge different worlds and create synergies. Under the motto "Good & Beautiful", we use the love of beauty to support the foundation's work and bring it closer to a wider community," says Flora Meißner, board member and creative head of the Planet Bambi Foundation. "In Marjana von Berlepsch, we have found an ideal partner who has a design signature and high-quality craftsmanship that suits the foundation. Her objects are not intended to be prestige or status objects, but solely to highlight the nature of each wearer. This fits perfectly with the foundation's philosophy. As does the interest in the different places, cultures and traditions of this earth.
For us, this project is both a challenge and an experiment. We see it as an opportunity to complement the strengths of two organizations and draw inspiration and enriching impulses from it that directly influence our foundation's work."
“I am very happy to be taking part in this project and that my jewelry helps us support young people in their development,” says Marjana von Berlepsch.
Marjana von Berlepsch – that's not just a name. It's above all the attitude of a woman who has invented herself as a brand and with it a very personal style. Since 2003, the Munich native has been transferring her self-determined way of life into her jewelry line of the same name, which is neither prestige nor status objects, but solely aims to promote the nature of each wearer. To this end, the Hamburg-based designer has incorporated a wide variety of influences into her creations, which are shaped by many places on earth. Marjana von Berlepsch brings ideas and materials from all over the world, but takes them out of their original context and puts them together in new and unconventional ways for her individual designs. In other words, she creates pieces of jewelry that merge personality, creativity, naturalness and color to create something very unique. This is a major concern for Marjana von Berlepsch, a former fashion editor and stylist for Vogue and Harper's Bazaar: she curiously follows current trends and constantly observes the mood in society. In doing so, she focuses on women who are like herself: self-determined and self-confident. Women who enjoy decorating and expressing their own character.
Those who are looking for uniqueness and versatile jewelry - multifaceted, feminine and sensual. But always edgy, solid and strong.
