Amberg pastures
The Institute for Medical Technology (IfMZ) is a scientific research facility of the Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Amberg-Weiden. As a central interface, the IfMZ connects all university-related activities between research, teaching and industry in the field of medical technology with a working group of professors, scientists and engineers. The IfMZ interlinks issues from applied medical technology research with the practice-oriented training of highly qualified specialists for the future-oriented segment of medical technology.
The IfMZ's work focuses on the advanced new and further development of diagnostic and therapeutic systems as well as projects in the fields of hygiene, clean room technology and microbiology.
